Dr Chod is the best! He’s very kind and compassionate in addition to being an excellent physician. He runs a very efficient practice while never making me feel rushed. It’s obvious he insists his entire staff reflects his same desires in treating his patients. They’re all wonderful! I highly recommend Dr Chod!

The doctors were great, but the wait time process was pretty confusing. I waited about 30 minutes just to be seen, and the total appointment ended up taking around 1.5 hours, which I didn’t really understand. Better communication around delays and timing would make the experience much smoother.

I appreciate the staffs’ friendliness and Dr Chod’s transparency regarding my recommended treatment and follow-up. Given my family history of retina issues, I particularly value his proactive approach to my eye care. I have rated my experience four stars, primarily due to the wait time. The office was very busy, and the total duration from my scheduled appointment time until I left the clinic was approximately two hours.
