I am very disappointed in the level of patient care this place has to offer. I went in for a post op appointment and they were trying to charge a copay. I advised the front desk male that I did not think a post op appointment warranted a copay. He was very unprofessional and said “you may not be seen without paying”. I advised post op should not be applicable to co pays. He kept making unprofessional remarks like saying” I don’t know why she thinks there is no co pays”. And then kept saying I had new insurance when my policy has been the same since 2024…. This is my second visit to this facility. He has poor customer service skills and being a healthcare representative he should be able to assist patients in a better manner. In the end he said we don’t know what we are billing but we will collect payment until it’s decided what is billable. I don’t think so.
