I'm leaving a one "star" rating here because this review is of a procedure used and NOT a review of Dr. Koretz. At my last appointment in Edwards for an injection of Vabysmo in both eyes I was told that they were going to use a new "numbing gel" before the injections. My vision did not return to normal until a full 6 hours after my injections and this was the result of the new gel that was used. I would NOT recommend this gel to any other patients and I will definitely ask for the old type of numbing which I have never had any issues with in almost two years of injections. So, please consider this: my vision was so bad that I had to ask the receptionist after my appointment to text my husband that I was ready for pick-up because I could not even see the screen on my cell phone. My vision continued to be hazy and indistinct all the way home to Gypsum and then for another 5 hours. Finally cleared up about 6:00 in the evening. I hope you will use this information as a distinct negative to the usage of the new numbing gel . Please go back to the old numbing techniques. Thanks, Lorraine Everman

Absolutely love Dr. Chod and the wonderful crew in the back. I have issues with the ladies who work the front desk, but I also did talk to Carol and she told me that she would be talking to them.
